Warranty: From 3 months to 12 months from the date of purchase and which covers under manufacture faults. Items excluded from warranty.

A statutory warranty does not apply in the following cases. Where there is a:

Defects in:
• a tyre or battery
• a chain, sprocket ,clutch and pull starter etc (which is wear and tear items)
• Belts/Drive pullies in all GY6 engines and transmissions are not covered by warranty

Tune ups:
In general a dealer isn’t responsible for routine adjustments such as:
• tune ups
• wheel alignments
• oil changes
• wheel balances
• automatic transmission service

According to the law, you should always wear a helmet and suitable protective safety equipment gear when riding a bike or buggy.

Children must be under the supervision of an adult when using any vehicles.

Recreation Imports makes no claim to the safety of any product that it sells. Any product can be dangerous when used improperly or in dangerous conditions, even when safety gear is properly worn.

Upon sale, the purchaser takes full responsibility for the condition, state and quality of repair of the bike. Recreational Imports will not be liable and will not take responsibility for any accident or injuries that result from usage of this product either from the customer or any third party.

Upon purchase the customer indemnifies Recreational Imports, its directors or associates against any future claims concerning the use of the vehicles.

Children under 12 years of age should always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

When purchasing a vehicle from Recreational Imports all vehicles are demonstrated to be operational and in perfect working condition by a staff member, any further issues with engine tune, adjustments etc are the sole responsibility of the purchaser (other than warranty claims).
